APTA North Carolina Virtual Conference 2020 will consist of 2 main components:
Recorded education courses via the APTA Learning Center

Payment of the registration fee provides access to these education courses and a certificate of completion on an individual course basis to claim continuing competence credit. See additional details below.
- Live events via Zoom
There will be several live events on Oct 23 and 24 that are FREE to attend. You need to register in order to receive the Zoom meeting information.
After you register, you will receive additional instructions about accessing the components you selected.
Registration deadline October 22, 2020
Registration will require an APTA member #. You do not need to be an active member and can obtain a # for free if you do not already have one. If you are a current or previous member but do not know your APTA member #, contact APTA's Member Services department at 800-999-2782, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm ET. If you need to create a free one, go to
www.apta.org and click on “Join” in the upper right corner. On the next page, you’ll see the option to create a free account.
PT/PTA member for education sessions and live events - $50

3. Student member for education sessions and live events - $15
4. Student non-member for education sessions and live events - $25

APTA North Carolina members must be signed into website for member rates. Instructions for signing in.
Active APTA members of a chapter other than NC, can receive a promo code that allows you to register for the discounted member price of $50.00. To receive the code, email the following information to the APTA NC office at firstname.lastname@example.org: first and last name (as listed with APTA) and your APTA membership number no later than October 21.
Access to education sessions
Starts: Oct 9, 2020 if registered by Sept 30; Nov 2, 2020 if registered on or after Oct 1
Ends: January 31, 2021
*You will have until January 31, 2021 to complete courses, allowing you to apply the CEUs to this year's or next year's, NCBPTE Continuing Competence requirements.
*Completion of recorded education sessions may be applied toward 2 categories of the NCBPTE Continuing Competence requirements: (4) Approved Provider course with registered participation via electronic media, non-interactive (completed "on demand ") or (8) Completion of Home Study program for PT by an approved provider.
